In fact, Jen feels honored to have helped over 800 clients with what is often times their single greatest asset leading to closed sales of nearly $200,000,000.

She consistently represents her clients to the best of her ability and strives to educate & guide them throughout every step of the process arming them with the knowledge to make informed decisions that align with their own dreams & goals. Jen views one of her greatest successes is the fact that her business has successfully & steadily grown thanks to the repeat business of happy clients & their referrals to friends, family, neighbors & co-workers. 

Jen has worked every aspect of real estate representing sellers, buyers, investors, builders, new construction, resales, first time home buyers & executive estates. She thrives on the diversity treating each transaction with the highest care.

Jen pursues her dedication to excellence by continued education & training. She earned her Broker’s license in 2014 & currently serves as Broker Manager of her West Des Moines office. Jen serves as lead of a team of 8 agents that work together towards a team approach to marketing & collaboration, creating further exposure & depth of knowledge for our clients. In 2019, the Jen Stanbrough Real Estate team together assisted 150 clients for combined closing volume of 40 million. Jen is also supported by a full-time Business & Marketing Director, Kira Sales, who shares her attention to detail & passion for perfection. 

Jen is honored to have opportunities to serve the real estate industry through her involvement as a Board of Director & Executive Officer for Des Moines Area Association of Realtors & RPAC Major Investor. Her passion for education of Realtor safety has led to her serving as a Board & Director & Executive Officer for the Beverly Carter Foundation, a not-for-profit foundation dedicated to the ideal that every agent goes home safe every day. Through the Beverly Carter Foundation, Jen has had the opportunity to share her story regarding realtor safety as a speaker. Jen’s industry recognitions include: 2018 Realtor of the Year, Circle of Excellence recipient (multiple years), President Club (multiple years), Chairman Award, Titan Award, 2007 Rookie of the Year, Re/Max Hall of Fame & others.

In addition, Jen is actively involved in her community, striving to improve the lives of others & supporting several charities and nonprofits. 

When not working, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeff, & children, Jase & Jordana, which includes serving as hockey & dance mom, fulfilling her role as their Uber driver & occasionally indulging in a glass of prosecco while watching her guilty pleasure of reality television, still making it to bed before 10pm
